Nicolas Krause is an advanced Yoga Educator and practitioner.
He enjoys teaching invigorating classes that help build strength and stamina, synchronizing breath and movement to build self-discipline and cultivate a steady mind.
Nicolas has 10 years of teaching experience, using modern movement modalities and ancient yogic inquiries to bring health and well-being to contemporary humans.
He completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 at Nosara Yoga Institute with Don and Amba Stapleton. There, he trained in fundamental practices and philosophies at the core of the many diverse Yoga disciplines in order to discover the Yoga that comes from within.
He completed his 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 at Nexus Yoga Institute with Janel Schullo and Horace Usry. There he dove deeper into Advanced Asana, Restorative Inquiry, the Subtle Body, Pranayama, Meditation, and Facilitated Dialogue.
He trained under "Mukti" Michael Buck in Vedic Thai Yoga Massage Therapy in order to explore hands-on assists and facilitate partner yoga inquiries.
Vivian Krause is an advanced Yoga practitioner and Educator.
She has been practicing yoga for 7 years and enjoys teaching dynamic movement practices that incorporate restorative inquiries, balance and mobility.
Vivian completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 at True Self Yoga with Anne Laderman and Christina and Vajra Lagdameo-Romano. There, she studied and trained in the philosophy and practice of Yogi Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga.
She completed her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 at Nexus Yoga Institute with Janel Schullo and Horace Usry. There she dove deeper into Creative Sequencing, Restorative Inquiry, the Subtle Body, Pranayama, Meditation, and Facilitated Dialogue.
