We teach modern applications of Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga, empowering students to shine light on the human experience, examine their Being and learn to live a full and delicious life.

We offer workshops and trainings in Yoga Ethics (Yamas and Niyamas), Advanced Posture Clinics, Pranayama (Energy Breathwork), Guided Meditations, Yoga Nidra, and Partner Yoga.

We also offer Private Yoga Sessions to help you develop and deepen your home practice.
